#SystemTransformation sets out to demonstrate the transformational impact that digital solutions and the ICT sector can have on achieving the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.

In December 2015, the UN General Assembly highlighted the cross-cutting contribution of information and communications technology (ICT) to the Sustainable Development Goals. The digital solutions analyzed in this report – such as, e-health, e-learning and smart building – will be indispensable in reaching the goals on the very tight timetable the UN has set.


This report was published in June 2016 by the Global e-Sustainability Initiative (GeSI) together with Accenture Strategy.
